Every inch beams with elegance and style, and the journey only gets better from there. As someone who chose the all-inclusive package, my taste buds were delighted by the impressive selection of dining options. With a vast range of foods, from intriguing international meals to delicious local dishes, there's something here to please every taste. This hotel’s true magic lies not just in its lavish facilities but in its remarkable team, who work with relentless dedication to make each guest's stay exceptional. They're incredibly warm, and every meeting is filled with sincere smiles and a true willingness to help. It's tough to imagine anyone leaving here unhappy, as the level of service is unbeatable. Among the team, Mrs. Fatimah Alzahraa deserves special mention. Her outstanding commitment and professionalism make her a key player. Her keen eye for detail and strong focus on guest happiness make her an indispensable part of this hotel. Her trustworthy nature and capacity to make everyone feel special transform a memorable stay into an unforgettable one. As a traveler without bias, I find it puzzling how there could be any negative feedback about this establishment. Everything, from the precise housekeeping to the calming spa, reflects a standard of excellence and care. The true stars are the amazing staff, who carry out their duties with dignity and pride, like guardians of the hotel’s esteemed reputation. To the owners, a big congratulations on nurturing such an extraordinary team. Their endless commitment to upholding the hotel’s noble reputation does not go unnoticed.

This is a great place for family, what we like the most was the location ( beach in front with hotel private space), the variety of the food and wine for the 4 meals was excellent and the hammam at the spa. My children were 10 and 14 so we had plenty to do also in agadir town istelf, as most attractions are within 15-20min drive from the hotel. the evening entertainment was great but perhaps more variety needed as it was dancing from the same crew 5 days in a row, they were amazing though but one show can be with a magician perhaps.

Endless supply of food that included so many varied options with choices being changed nightly. Lots of varied entertainment. Lovely pools and hotel layout, photos don't really do it justice. Directly across from the beach.

The staff were all exceptionally warm, welcoming and hard working. Large pool areas with plenty of sunbeds, nightly entertainment, beach area with sunbeds. Plenty of choice at the buffet and 2 special restaurants. Location was good with wide beach promenade to walk along. Lots of different seating areas. The room was large and comfortable. There was a nice atmosphere all around

All the meals were excellent with many choices. We kept to mainly a vegetarian/fruit diet so as not to put on weight! Friendly staff who were very helpful. Our room was facing the sea so we were very pleased. The pool areas were clean and plenty of sun beds although they were very close together.
